Just switched over to Appstle from Bold due to their lower price and much higher functionality. Specific features I switched for a prepaid subscriptions & automatic discounts to the first order of a subscription plan. Migration requires a bit of work but the customer service is very helpful. They also helped me change the CSS in the customer portal to better match my store theme.

Great app and even better support! I couldn't figure out how to set up the subscription box on the website properly. Clicked on the help button, within minutes, Mann came to the rescue and sorted it out. Very impressed with the customer support. Now just need more testing and it can go live soon.

Well built app. Great support is always available. They could have more integrations with bundle kit apps. Right now only bundler is available.

I love the features of this app, especially for pre-paid plans. When a customer pays for ex: 6 months of boxes, the app makes 6 different orders for each month. It doesn't seem like a lot, but it sure makes a difference down the line. No more separate files to keep track of a customer’s order, no more draft orders to create each month = to less stress and more time for doing other things. It integrates seamlessly with my Shopify Store, and I really appreciate not having to code anything or change my items to make it work. I am not good with programming things, and they made the switch from my old app to the new one very easy. My customers didn't have to be bothered and their subscriptions will all renew on-time like usual. The customer service is top notch, and they are actually there to answer the chat which is a big bonus compared to other services! I recommend 100% to anyone who has a subscription box store or is wanting to add the subscribe option to their store.

I really appreciate that the free version includes the basic features necessary to offer subscriptions. Customer services has been helpful and timely whenever questions arise. Great app and easy to use.

These guys went way beyond! 10/10 customer support, it's like having your own coding team! Support is on 24/7 from my experience, what else could you want.

I have been searching for a subscription app that enables me to cater to a very specific market, with unique requirements. This ticks all the boxes! The support provided by Ahmed was first class. I cannot recommend them high enough.

Incredible support team. Kehanvi adapted the third-party application to my custom Shopify theme quickly and professionally, going out of their way to make sure everything was functioning smoothly and fully optimized.

My (brand new) business has a very complex subscription model. We are constantly messaging the Appstle team with more requests, questions, and hoops to jump through, and they are always incredibly accommodating and helpful. There has yet to be a problem that we couldn't work through together; sometimes it requires another app to integrate with Appstle, but they are always leading us in the right direction to make it work! Seriously cannot recommend this App and this team enough. Thank you, Appstle!

I am using this application for a monthly subscription for our fragrances. Our customers can pick every month which fragrance they want for the next month. Also, their customer service is excellent! They helped us with the module integration and they are always open if you have questions or problems. I totally recommend it!
