great support during set up, chatted in a few questions and requests, they were handled quickly and correctly, helped me get our first subscription set up the way we wanted it, I highly recommend this app

We wanted a subscription app for customers using our services often and to allow customers to buy our products as subscription and as a bundle. As soon as I clicked "install app" I had help, easy instructions, the app positioned perfectly on my product page. Unbelievable. Service could not possible have been faster or better. Thank you.

I migrated two Shopify stores from Recharge to Appstle. The customer service of the people at Appstle is the best I have ever received from any vendor on Shopify. When they say they are available 24/7, they mean it!

The support team is very helpful with merging data and being available to assist with any questions we have! So far the app seems pretty user-friendly and I like that they have feature-request boards to continue to improve their services for things other businesses may need!

We have a custom theme. One chat and the subscription app was embedded onto our site no issues. Highly recommend.

Very comprehensive app, lots of capability and customization, which we needed for our complicated product/service plan combination. With much power comes much learning, so initial set up was hard. The video tutorials help, but the 24/7 service team is by far one of the best features of this app. Representatives answer right away and they are all so competent. Very helpful technical support who will get the information quickly, or just get go under the hood and set up right. A+ for tireless onboarding assistance. - Update 1 year later- they added a bunch of handy features and capabilities. Easier to use as well.

Helped me with a question, integrated the app for me, and even worked on the fonts of the app so it matched my theme. Unreal customer service from Kehanvi.

So far so good! looks great and customer service has been a wonderful help! Bargain Boxed now can offer subscription candy at snack crates with ease!

I like the dashboard of this app, it's clear and easy to navigate. But I found the app should provide a detail look of on the widget and portal so I could have a better idea of what I would like to improve.

The app itself was pretty straightforward, but support staff were excellent in assisting with various issues. Also, one key fact to note is that the widget will only appear if the product is live.
