Customer service is very helpful and the representative who assisted me went out of his way to help set up the subscription layout on my store. You have more control over how you run your subscriptions and I prefer this app over the others that were giving me a headache.

Best customer service! I signed up for a free plan to see if this app would be what I needed. The customer service level was more than expected. Muhammed took the time to install the app and show me how to use it . He was so patient and informative, Everything looks great and I am so happy !!

So far the app has been great. But most importantly the support has been phenomenal. They answer super quickly and have been able to solve any issue I have had within minutes. Keep up the great work.

So far this was pretty easy to install and the customer service helped me do it. I'll wait to get my first subscription and see how it works but for now 5 stars.

I like the cost and interface is easy to use. But please know if you have subscribers in Squarespace then they will not transfer over and customer service will blame you for not doing it right. I do give the 4 stars because they are always read to help!

We just installed the app so I don't know much about the long term functionality, but the installation process was easy. I needed to change the font of the text and used the chat feature to ask for help. The person I chatted with not only helped me with the font, but they customized all of the parts of the add on to match my theme and color scheme. I was very impressed with the service!

We started our own hot sauce subscription service and used these guys as our subscription application. I honestly couldn't be happier. We just started with the basic plan, but there was a feature that we would have liked and rather than trying to upsell us to the next plan, they worked with us as an a la carte feature. The customer service responses have been phenomenal and they're very kind and courteous. Could not recommend them enough. Thank you.
