Only recently started using Appstle, so it is still early days learning all the app features. But the tech support and assistance have been great so far! I really appreciate the time and effort taken to answer all my questions and quickly fix any issues/questions that arise while implementing Appstle on my website. Thank you very much.

The customer support here is out of this world. They're quick, they're effective, they answer questions exactly with screenshots and step-by-step. I've worked with a lot of companies, apps, and software, and this is top-level service.

II have a sticker subscription club and just migrated over to Appstle from a different subscriptions app. The migration was handled live by one of the app members (Nick), and he answered all my questions with patience and fixed all of the glitches for me (such as the free shipping profile)! He provided solutions when I needed several different subscription plans and I'm honestly so grateful that he was able to do all of that. It would've taken me a lot more time if I had to do everything myself and learn the ropes. He also added the subscription management page in my customer profile section and orders for me without my asking (again, still trying to look through all the features I have available to me), and I'm again very thankful to have Nick be there to handle all of this for me. From migration to offloading the other sub app and then activating my subscriptions, he was able to take care of everything. Thank you again!! I wish this white glove treatment was available everywhere and with every app!!! :)

The Appstle team has been wonderful with onboarding, maintenance, and trouble shooting. I really do not have any complaints and will be recommending them to others.

Jade was very helpful - made a video for me to follow and i still did it wrong so offered to connect to my shoppify and did it for me. great person great product
