Excellent support service. We needed some assistance with running a promotion - to offer % discount for the first three orders, and the support we received was responsive, specifically address our needs and proactive in actioning the changes on our behalf. We also appreciated the suggestions to improve the experience for our customers. Thank you!

So far, I really like the app. It was a bit complicated to take in hand cause the app is not translated in my language. But unbelievably good customer support, really reactive and helpful. I had Brooks and Adam. Really good guys

The team worked very fast and efficient to get my subscription up and running. I switched from another app and they walked me through each step making sure they kept me informed of the current steps as well as what would be the next step to prepare for. Just implemented the app so reviewing only the setup for now. Aiden took the time to help me be sure that my settings were good, as on my own i'd have made mistakes. it took us a while and he was there the whole time, very supportive, so now I "only" have to see how i work with the tool and how my customers enjoy the new subsciption based purchase experience.

Appstle is awesome! It's intuitive and easy to use. Their support team is very responsive and helpful! They respond to you in a couple of minutes. They even suggested a tiny improvement on the look of my site and they also took care of the enhancement.
