Steven is like a superhero to me, I went on the chat function to get some help with something I was struggling with, within a minute he was on and helping me with my issue and then went above and beyond to help with a number of different bits. So far it is the best value subscription out there. I've had no issues with the subscription plans and our customers rarely have issues changing their selection/delivery schedule. Support is great too!

I have never used subscriptions before and was recommend appstle. I reached out to the team and I have had the most amazing customer experience from it. After setting up Appstle Subscriptions, we encountered an issue where customers were unable to select product variants on our Shopify site. Once Shopify support identified that the conflict was app-related, I reached out to Appstle’s live chat and was connected with Brooks. Brooks was incredibly efficient, quickly assessing the situation and resolving the technical hurdle on the spot. Beyond the immediate fix, he took the initiative to optimize our widget’s size and color to ensure it looked more appealing and aligned with our brand. I’ve been using several of Appstle’s products (Bundles, Subscriptions, Loyalty, etc.), and what I really like is that they almost have an all-in-one ecosystem for everything a Shopify business needs. All of Appstles apps are designed to work smoothly together, which makes them easier to use than juggling multiple apps from different companies with different interfaces. Appstle gives you all the major tools in one place — and each app has features that many competitors don’t offer.Their support is honestly one of the best parts. They respond extremely fast, 24/7, and they actually fix things for you on the spot.The pricing is fair for what you get, and the apps themselves are powerful. My only critique would be the UI/setup process — it can be a little confusing at first and some things aren’t explained as clearly as they could be. But when you do get stuck, support always answers quickly and walks you through it.Overall, I definitely recommend Appstle if you’re looking for reliable apps with strong features and great support. They’ve been a solid addition to my store.

Set up was very easy to follow. As my theme was purchased outside of shopify I got a little confused when the subscriptions were not showing up for me. Appstle support team were absolutely amazing, responding quickly and completely taking over and fixing my problem. A brilliant app and team!
