Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

Subscription platform works great for both the merchant and customers through the dedicated customer portal. Had a few questions and issues that are solved within minutes from the great support team on chat. Keep up the great work.

This app does what we need it to do, as advertised. Good user experience. App is well configured and user friendly. It integrates into Shopify liquid code seemlessly. Customer support is also excellent.

Great customer service. Setup takes some time to read through and understand the settings but all the information is there to easily do it yourself. Any time I've had a question there was a response from an actual person within a few minutes. They go above and beyond to help with things you didn't know you needed help with too. Highly recommend.

First off, the migration team is great. I migrated from ReCharge to Appstle. The only hiccups I had were on ReCharge's side. When I tried to add the Appstle team, ReCharge would deny them access. I had to manually create an API and share it with the support team (not a big deal). Also, you need to re-enable (or enable) Stripe payments. Outside of those external two things, everything on Appstle's side was great. Just use the chat function and they are very prompt to respond. If support person is unavailable, someone else picks up right where you left off and continues the process. Big thumbs up to the Appstle team for a smooth transition. Thank you.
