First off, I've searched high and low for a subscription/membership app that meets all of our requirements. So many are over priced, charge excessive fees, are glitchy or limited. I reviewing the capability of Appstle, it looked perfect! Next, I reviewed the reviews and was overwhelmed by not just the 5 star rating but the volume of reviews highlighting customer support and let me tell you, they don't disappoint. I've worked with 2 support technicians from their team (mostly Kehanvi) and I am truly impressed. Their devotion to supporting my unique needs in setting up, customizing and transfer of knowledge to ensure I understood how to do things is phenomenal. They may not have thousands of reviews but based on care and functionality, I gave them a go! They not only helped me set up the account, create my plans, configure the settings to meet my requirements but also customized the verbiage and style on the front end with me. Talk about white glove service and did I mention, at no extra charge! Now to test the dashboard in real time. I am so excited! Thank you Kehanvi and Appstle

So far customer support has been really great. I recently updated my theme and needed some help to make sure the app was integrated. I contacted them through chat and they responded quickly. In a matter of minutes I was up and running. They even gave me a few options for customizing the app to match my new theme. Great support and service so far.

I love this subscription app, and the customer service is above and beyond. I feel like I am constantly asking them questions, and they resolve my issue quickly and accurately every time. I transferred to this app from another service and I'm glad I did. A special shout out to Kehanvi for being so helpful and kind!

Very good!! We switched from Bold to Appstle and wish we had done so earlier. We're now saving $50 a month, getting exactly what we need for subscriptions, and getting answers within 20 mins rather than 2-4 days. Make the switch! Appstle also uses the native Shopify checkout which is a huge upside!!

Great support, super responsive and some kind. I had an issue that the app wasn't showing on my new theme, and they added within a few minutes <3. Highly recommended!

Just switched over to Appstle from Bold due to their lower price and much higher functionality. Specific features I switched for a prepaid subscriptions & automatic discounts to the first order of a subscription plan. Migration requires a bit of work but the customer service is very helpful. They also helped me change the CSS in the customer portal to better match my store theme.

Great app and even better support! I couldn't figure out how to set up the subscription box on the website properly. Clicked on the help button, within minutes, Mann came to the rescue and sorted it out. Very impressed with the customer support. Now just need more testing and it can go live soon.
