The customer service is amazing. I contacted them at 2am via chat and they went above and beyond to assist with the integration of the app and widget.

This app is great! It has so many functionality that requested many other apps in the past. And the customer service is the best you could ask for. All that for a very competitive price.

Still new to the app but so far the user interface on both the back and front end is great. I had some initial questions regarding discount codes and somewhat got back to me within 5 minutes of submitting my question. I was really impressed and am looking forward to using this app more.

We've have just started using the app for our magazine subscriptions. So far the support team have been stellar and quick to respond. I had to reach out to them on two occasions and each time they went above and beyond to help correct the issue.

I had a bit of trouble creating my first subscription plan (totally my fault), I contacted their customer service through the chat option. They were very nice and helpful. The issue got fixed immediately and I understand the app better now!

Great customer service. They have been able to help us to successfully set up the app and make sure it actually works. They have answered all of my questions within minutes so that very helpful as we don't have to wait long to get some issues resolved. The only challenging part was setting up the app and actually making it work as it did take us a couple of tries and customer service help to get the app working. They are always willing to help you with any issues you encounter. So far so good!

Toller Support. Ein Mitarbeiter hat innerhalb weniger Sekunden geantwortet und mir bei allem geholfen, wo ich fragen hatte. Nun klappt das Abo-Modell für den Shop einwandfrei.
