Appstle works great. Customer Service is always available to help through chat. They've been able to solve almost every issue through chat. If they cannot solve it, they find me the help I need.

The 5 star review is a “so far” review. I just downloaded it today, and the support was very helpful in helping me understand how to use it. It is the easiest app to use of this type that I have tried, and I have found it to be fairly intuitive. If it works great when I launch it, then they will have truly earned all 5 stars. UPDATE: I have been using this service for about a month now and stick by the 5 stars. The support is top notch!

Dealing with Appstle is like a breath of fresh air. We had to urgently transfer from Bold subscriptions V2 App to another recurring AP and Appstle answered me on their online chat immediately. Within 15 minutes the technician, Jackson, was working on transferring our customer's subscriptions over from BOLD to Appstle. Normally I have to wait between 24 to 62 hours for Bold to message me back with a support officer and then they take a very long time to resolve issues. Most often they didn't resolve the issues and we lost customers because of this. I will be leaving a review about BOLD on their profile page shortly about the major issues we had. Appstle's support is among the best I have received in along time.

We managed to implement a subscription service for our premium dog food. The app is working perfectly for us and our customers. And the support is really fast and always very helpful.

I contacted support for help, and Sean answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. He also helped me modify the widget to fit the look and feel of my site. Excellent app and customer service.

I was able to get an answer to my question within minutes. The support team even recorded a loom video for me to watch so I could see what needed to be clicked. Super helpful.

I am so impressed with the fast & efficient customer service I have received from Appstle. Specifically, Jackson & Magnus really went the extra mile to help me today...and I asked MANY questions. They were patient and answered everything I asked. In our new normal of AI replacing humans it is so refreshing to have genuine & personalized support from human engineers.

Had an issue accessing my customer subscription accounts. Contacted Shopify via the chat feature. Received an immediate response. I described my issue and their team diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Very please with the service so I didn't have any interruption with my customer's subscriptions.

Appstle is the best subscription option for Shopify. They have great customizable options but their support is even better. They have helped us grow our business significantly.
