The staff is really friendly and responsive. Problem is solved almost immediately and they even offered extra help with the look and feel! Highly recommend!

I used this app to set up subscriptions. I’m not good at setting apps up for my site. I contacted the chat and they were so good and helpful. Had it all set up very quickly! Definitely recommend!

Hands down one of the best apps we've used and one of the best customer support experiences. The app is very robust and the customer support team is amazing, even accommodating our unique business case by making a change to the software. Highly, highly recommend!

Best subscription app I have tested. They have so much that comes right out of the box with no coding needed. The best part is the support. Usually answering within minutes whenever I have an issue I can't figure out.

The customer service is extremely responsive and helps solve any issues that come up. They have a great platform that is user friendly and gives our members a great experience. Top notch!

I've not even made it through my trial and already I know I love it. Customer service was quick, friendly, and efficient. My helper Muhammad helped walk me through getting the app functioning on a product and even with other support issues that were shopify issues when he didn't have to. He even stylized the text on the app to match my store. Great experience so far. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best tech support!!!!!! Super friendly, helpful beyond words and overall just an amazing app. I highly recommend! Oh, and if you need tech support I hope you're lucky enough to get Zoha. Absolutely the BEST!!!!!

Customer service is great and helpful! Nadeem answered all my questions and sent me tutorials on how to do certain things that I needed help with. Easy setup I would recommend.

The customer service is good. But the app itself could be more user friendly. It would be good if I could amend subscriptions orders myself without having to contact the live customer service chat.

Just getting started with the app, but so far it has been unbelievably easy to set up and support has been INCREDIBLE! Working with Zoha has been super helpful and she went above and beyond to get our subscription plan setup and styled according to our brand. Highly recommend this app.

Zoha from the customer support team has been just great! Besides helping me understand how to set up the app, she's also given some tips and made a few code changes to the template. Super fast and professional! Highly recommend!

Absolutely top-quality customer service to go along with a very intuitive app and interface. I barely spend any time thinking about subscription services and that is the way I like it. Will never use another platform.

Muhammed was my assist rep, and he was GREAT! Upon downloading the app i was asked if i would like help setting up and he got me up and going! so smooth and easy, great for me because im not super tech savy with apps!

I've just gone through setting up the App and my hand was held the whole time - what an incredible team, they helped me set up the product and tailor it to my brand theme. Look forward to starting to use the theme and, with this incredible support, I know it will be successful. Highly recommend.
