I've used this app. It was super easy and intuitive to use. several months into using appste, I changed my entire website and had to contact them to update. Within 5 minutes, they integrated their app with my new store. They were my best service experience in a very long time!

The best support available online! Seriously, 2/2 times I've used it support has been spot on and lightning fast! The plugin itself is nice, and for just starting out or businesses who are established I think this one fits the bill for everyone. Can't go wrong with Appstle Subscription IMO!

A Great app with lots of options for business, and even better customer service. Seriously impressed by the customer service!! They are fast, they are efficient, and do some handholding (unfortunately for them) for those of us who are technology challenged. Definitely recommend this app and company!

So far the app has been easy to use and I like the options to do a pay-as-you-go or prepaid subscription. There have been a couple minor issues here and there but have found the technical support team to be very prompt in responding, even late at night, and have been able to either fix my issues or help me problem solve another solution to make things work the way I was wanting things to work.

I love how simply this app is to use. I also LOVE how quickly their team responds to questions and assist with people like me, who dont have time to read or watch a video. LOL Just tell me what to do!

I like how much customization there is for this app! You can go in and change just about anything. This does create a pretty steep learning curve, but the customer support was excellent! We had trouble with it integrating with our theme so I reached out and they responded quickly with a solution!

The Appstle app was exactly what we were looking for because we needed to be able to create multiple levels of frequency for our subscription offerings. But the biggest bonus is their support team. I needed to confirm that I had everything configured correctly and the team stayed with me throughout the whole process and even went beyond what I expected with helping me to make sure the design looked nice on my Shopify store. Highly recommend this up and coming company for your subscription plans.

So far, Appstle has been really impressive. It seems like a particularly good value relative to similar apps out there considering the fee structure. No transaction fees is a huge advantage. Customer service has been genuinely helpful and quick too. I've just started using it, so I'll update this review as my experience progresses. I have to make some bigger changes, and so I'm hiring a developer to do some work, and I'm hoping that Appstle will be as flexible and adaptable to outside developers as other similar apps are. But assuming it is, it's the best deal out there.

Amazing customer support! They all worked hard on the issue I had and after trying for hours, they were able to resolve it! They are all so knowledgeable. Also, they made sure to answer all the questions I had. Highly recommended!
