It works, users can finally change/cancel their subscriptions, we lost so many of them because of the poor app quality of the other apps. For now we're very happy with Appstle. I got hooked up with Sebastian, and let me tell you top tier, the absolute best customer service I have ever had! He was so nice and helping the entire time, I was aggravating myself I was asking so many questions so I can only imagine how he felt.
