This app was incredibly easy to set up. We had some fairly complex subscription requirements and it took very little time to learn how to make the configuration work. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE... We decided to migrate to a new theme and that caused some problems. But the customer support was amazing. In the year 2021 when it feels like everything is broken, the customer support team is the most delightful experience I've had all year. They worked super hard to find and fix some very difficult to reproduce issues. Shout out to Sumeet, who definitely deserves a raise.

I've just installed and begun using the app, so I haven't taken any sales through it yet, but the customer service leading up to deciding to install it and now to help me get set up has been fantastic. The support was quick and attentive and even made design suggestions to help the widget best integrate into my shop. I feel comfortable with the app now.

I'm fairly new at using this app, though it looks like it has everything I need to begin our Subscription Box offer.. One thing for certain, customer service is AAA#1 I had issues navigating the new app and gotten all the help I need to understand and proceed accordingly.. I would highly recommend them!! I've used other subscription apps, and this has been far the the easiest set up with live chat and easy integration. Looks great on our product pages.

We have had a great experience with Appstle and Muhammad in particular. Every question is answered promptly, and when needed, it is supported with either screenshots or even a video tutorial. Just as importantly, the application works very well and it is fully integrated with Shopify Payments.

Incredible Customer Service... I had to contact the team twice for help setting plans up and both times response was almost instant with plenty of help and good vibes. APP is very user-friendly too.

Appstle is great. Great integration with our shop, very UI friendly on the backend AND the frontend (for our customers), and amazing support team. Thank you Appstle for helping our business grow smoothly and quickly! Their engineers are very responsive when asked for help. Their personalized approach to support makes us feel seen and avoids the headache of dealing with an AI chat bot who regurgitates generic prompts.

This app is a great choice. Many features and the price point is very fair for what it can do. Best of all, they offer support in a way that is unheard of for any of the other apps we've used. It is available 24/7/365! I even had a call with one of their support team members to clarify a few initial questions. With their support so readily available, I was able to get everything installed and set up in one day. Amazing!

This really is an amazing company to deal with. They are not only great with customer service but always striving to improve their offer. I get a weekly email with suggested feature requests to vote on, and very regularly I get emails with new features that have been implemented. I highly recommend this App!

Phenomenal customer service and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). Thanks guys so much for your support! I will say it is missing a few features like specific billing dates, but I'm still giving 5 stars for their receptiveness to my inquiries and the apps features.

Initially signed up for another app but realized we needed stripe/brain tree. Found Appstle after a quick search of the app store. This app was super easy to set up with instant chat help to get onboarded. Super excited to use this! Super easy, affordable and has all the features we need! :)
