Installed in minutes. Had a question about shipping charges with a subscription, hopped on the support chat and had it answered in just a few more minutes.

This app is awesome and the customer service (Muhammad) was fantastic. I had some tech issues on installation ( operator error-my fault) and they quickly fixed the issue and we are back up and running. Impressive!

I only just installed this app today, so I cannot yet speak to its long term success. But so far, customer service response has been very fast and efficient. My tech made the updates for the app to work with my theme within about 15 minutes of my logging on to the chat window. UPDATE: Early into implementing this app I ran into an issue with the way the app was handling multiple variants on products. Tech support was very responsive and had it fixed within 1 business day (actually, I the developers fixed it over the weekend which is slightly amazing) UPDATE 2: after we had appstle up and running, we discovered the manage subscription was not showing up for our customers. The appstle team had it fixed within the hour

Customer Service is on point, so far the app is working perfectly! Subscriptions are easy to make and add to the site.

I'm relieved actually, because the Recharge app was not working and I need to get out an email - so I'm glad you jumped right in and helped. Recharge has no 24/7 help. I had to go to Shopify for a suggestion on what to do next.

Service has been really good and to the point no matter what elements I bring up. The mode is to try and help us to get to what we need rather than just saying no, especially as we have some unique requirements for our business.

The app is great, but the customer service is AMAZING!! I needed help, and got on the chat (at 3:00AM their time mind you), and within seconds I was helped and my issue solved so fast, and so professionally, that it literally made my head spin! Looking forward to working with this team for a long time.

Not sure if I can make this app work for my digital products, BUT the support is IMPECCABLE. The agent personally walked me through how to set things up and even did it for me. The design is also very clean and not buggy at all. Thank you!
