I have just started using Appstle and i can tell you Sean was a real life saver. He was efficient and was able to attend to my requests at once. It was a great experience chatting with an actual person and not an AI.

I've been using Appstle subscriptions for a while now and It's great. The support team and specifically Sean recently went above and beyond to help me. I wanted one feature that was on the higher plan, but it felt too expensive to upgrade for that one feature, so Sean and his Manager created me a custom plan, I'm only paying a little bit more for that added feature. If in doubt always ask, worst thing they can say is no, but best thing they might be able to deliver exactly what you need - Winning!!! Thanks so much team :)

I have used Appstle for a little over a year and so far it has been a great app. The devs are incredibly generous with the free tier, meaning it's free until you reach $500 in customer subscriptions. I haven't nearly reached that as I haven't been marketing subs as much, but it's been a huge help in getting off their ground. Their help team is also incredibly friendly, fast, and helpful.

We are transferring from one subscription application to Appstle. The past application was really hard to work with and Appstle has been wonderful so far on the transition over and getting the new Subscription Application set up. Greatly appreciate all the recommendations to make the app better for our customers and for us. Also making sure the application was running correctly. Thank you.

While the user inferface is not always easy to use, the customer service team are exceptional and always fix any issues in a timely manner. We have been very happy with this service.

Great app building my shopify store on subscriptions and the app functions perfectly and support is awesome.

We had an issue with the app that we couldn't sort on our own. We contacted the live chat who were very helpful and sorted the issue for us straight away. Customer support is excellent!
