Very positive experience so far. The Appstle team has been extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout the setup. They helped me troubleshoot the subscription widget, removed the branding for me, updated the email logo, and even integrated the “Manage Subscription” button into my store. Their support made a big difference, and I truly appreciate how dedicated they were. Highly recommended.

I decided to give Appstle a try after discovering the App I started with was missing features/functionality we needed (and also wasn't exactly user friendly to deploy). I quickly learned there is a MASSIVE range of pricing models across Subscription Apps which can quickly get expensive with monthly fees + transaction charges. Appstle is the perfect solution for our business, and I was happy to discover that I didn't have to sacrifice features to get a fair price point. Perhaps the most surprising thing about Appstle has been their support, which is one of the best support experiences I have had in recent memory. Their team of "merchant success engineers" is available 24/7 and has quickly and easily answered some of my more complicated setup questions. Thank you Appstle, looking forward to continuing to build our subscription business on your platform!

We’ve had a really smooth experience using Appstle Subscriptions so far. It’s been reliable, easy to set up, and most importantly flexible enough to support a more custom subscription model without overcomplicating things. What stood out was how straightforward it was to integrate into our existing Shopify setup. We’re running a slightly more complex build than a standard subscription product, and Appstle handled it well without needing constant workarounds. The interface is clean, and once everything is configured, it just runs — which is exactly what you want from a subscription system. It’s taken a lot of the pressure off managing recurring payments and allowed us to focus on building out the rest of the experience. Overall, a solid, dependable app that does what it says without unnecessary friction. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to implement subscriptions properly.

This has been a great app! I still have the free version but there is plenty of customizations that allow small businesses and free plans to thrive. I ran into some issues customizing, but after reaching out to support for help, they took care of the issues AND more for me! They offered me a complimentary design item :) Thank you Devin!

Ok, I can only speak from my personal experience, so here is my intake one this app, Before i downloaded this app, i went out seeking the best subscription app there is for my store and i realized this got to be the best app due to the 5.0 Stars and over 6K reviews. I looked into the Appstle app pertaining there features and it was exactly what i needed to excel. Their pricing plan is perfect, no transaction fees or extra charges like the rest of the subscription apps out there, This app fit my budget perfectly. The customer service goes beyond for you and even can help you set it all up as a complementary. Alden which is one of the reps there was so amazing to me. I am so thankful for the help. Alden help set the subscriptions perfectly well. I am happy. Thank you Alden

I was working on the setup and I I needed a bit of help to make everything work the way I wanted to. I spoke with Alan and not only was he able to help me move every issue I was helping but he did so right away and even upgraded me to really make my shop look the way I wanted it to. Can not recommend enough!! 5 stars :)!!
