Die App verfügt über viele Features und Möglichkeiten, ein Abonnement für die Kunden individuell zu gestalten. Entsprechend komplex sind die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Für Shopbetreiber, die ihren Shop nicht auf Englisch haben wollen, kommt entsprechende Menge zum manuellen Übersetzen hinzu - daher 4 Sterne statt 5 für die (noch) fehlende Übersetzung. Doch dieses Manko wird durch den ultraschnellen und kompetenten Support mehr als ausgeglichen. Die Chat-Optik mag suggerieren, dass es sich um einen üblichen Bot handelt, doch nein, es sind echte Menschen, die auf jede Frage eine Antwort haben. Großartiger Service!

Had issue with adding the manage subscription to my store, but the customer support was able to help add it to the code in just a few minutes. Happy with it.

Tiene buena funcionalidad y un servicio técnico dedicado y amable, pero presenta algunos problemas de personalización y hay áreas en las que falta pulido. Funciona bien con requisitos sencillos pero es limitada para operativas complejas.

Great App with Outstanding Support!! I’ve just started using this subscription app and I’m already impressed. The setup was smooth, and the features are exactly what I was looking for to manage subscriptions on my store. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional support I received. Right from the start, Adam & Andrew from the support team were quick to respond, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to guide me through the configuration. They answered all my questions patiently and even helped with a few customizations. It’s rare to find an app where both the functionality and the customer service are top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to implement subscriptions with peace of mind!

Customer service is very attentive and helpful. They helped me migrate from my previous subscription app to Appstle. The process was mostly seamless. I had to readdress the same issues repeatedly while transferring a few customers' subscriptions to Appstle. Although that was frustrating, customer service was responsive and met each concern with a positive attitude and urgency to resolve the issue. Thank you Paul and team.

Amazing support - shout out to Kate! Easy onboarding process and realllly good support. Edit: Seems like after the onboarding, the quality of support becomes erratic. Sometimes it's good sometimes people make you wait 20 minutes only to resolve the wrong issue... Adam.

Works well - should have custom domain offered as standard because without it, your emails may not get through to your customers. That's not a luxury and should be a given - but other than that, all good.

good app, just have to deal with quotas if you want the free plan, otherwise pretty sure you have to upgrade to paid plans, good customer service the chat was answered in less then 5 minuetus

Just set up my first subscription. Easy to go through with clear instructions and helpful videos.
