New to using the app, really enjoyed it so far and as someone who's not great at the tech side of business, their support has been incredible and made me feel confident in utilising their services. recently dealt with Alan who was fab.

Excellent customer service. They helped me with everything, were very attentive, and got to work right away. Thanks to Alan for making this a positive experience.

Getting someone to chat is quick. Sometimes less than a minute and they try to show me how to solve issues or offer to do it for me. I prefer to learn things myself and they alwasy send a video step by step of how to which is great.

I have used this for a long time with another company and it has always been good and the customer service tends to be very good too.

I'm not technically inclined by any means but this app is still intuitive and has plenty of step-by-step guides available. Their 24/7 customer service is also 10/10. Aaron helped me when I couldn't figure out a software update and he not only solved my problem in minutes, but he also helped improve my storefront and emails linked to Appstle subscription. My customers are also loving the ease of the customer portal. I cannot recommend Appstle enough.
