I haven't decided to use this app yet as not sure if it provides for my end solution but SUPPORT has been very helpful and prompt. As our store has a some specific requirements it's great that support has been right there to assist with all of my questions.

It's early and we're still in the setup process but so far, this seems like a really compelling option for subscription services. Customer service is great as well and wickedly fast. I'll update this review if things go in another direction...but so far, I'm impressed.

We just set up a subscription and it took no time at all! Hussain was quick to answer all of my questions and he even customized the widget for us so it fits in nicely on our site.

So far no complains about this subscription app. Have been reading a lot of reviews and comparing to other apps. This doesn't only has very good pricing and a free plan to get your started. It also offers great support and got up and running in a few minutes. Thank you!

I love this app so far. This allows for great front-end customization, which hasn't been possible with other subscription apps that I've tried. The app team is also super helpful.

I haven't fully tested out this app yet, but Hussain was quick to respond to my questions. It was great to have this level of support. This isn't always the case with app developers. I look forward to using Appstle now. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you have any queries!

This app has been super easy to navigate and use! Platform is very aesthetically pleasing, both the back end and the front end. Support is available 24/7 to help with questions and formatting to ensure it matches your shop's theme as much as possible! Highly recommend!

Super easy to integrate and have up and running. I had one small issue and contacted support chat. Within about 2 minutes I had a response and within another minute or so the issue was fixed. Fantastic customer support!

I loved the overall support and products they offer to make my website work for me. The fast time response is Awesome!. The only problem I have, but not a major one is the inability to work in free local delivery and pick ups. I know it is not their fault. It falls under Shopify. However, they will get it done soon. Thanks for the customer service.

My shop isn't live yet but the product looks great and the customer support is outstanding. There is custom work required to get it working on a featured home page product which they did overnight

While this APP will not work for me, it is due to shopify's limitations and not the APPs fault. I was in a long back and forth with the APPs team in regards to different limitations and they either added the ability for them or are working on adding them. they are very communicative and are doing their best to make sure that the app will work for everyone. There are 2 cons that I can not get past which is why I am deleting this APP 1 -- Shopify does not allow for the shipping rate to change from order to order. Since my rates are received by API from UPS and FedEx they change daily. Also if a customer made a subscription for 1 item and later changed to 5, my shipping cost will go up but the cost he is charged will be for the initial 1. 2 -- When creating a subscription, it becomes available to anyone purchasing it, so if I negotiate a special price for a specific customer on a subscription basis then it becomes available for everyone. I am sure that this is something that they can fix, but I did not get that far with them as the shipping issue came up 1st.

Wow, so easy with great support. Installed quickly, easy to navigate and set up, and the chat support was quick. They made a few programming changes to my site on the fly. Love it.

I just installed this app and the process was quick and easy. The developer quickly answered a few questions that I had and I'm up and running. Looking forward to getting my customers signed up as they have been asking for a re-order subscription for certain products. Thanks for making a free and functional subscription app! A few months later I encountered an issue with the shipping profile. The support team was very friendly and quickly helped me to resolve the issue. Great customer service! :)
