We are just getting started with this app, but so far it has been one of the best value-for-money apps we have found. We needed to migrate an existing subscription from another app and had no idea how to do it. The support team was incredibly patient and guided us through the entire migration process. Overall, our experience has been excellent. The app works great, and the customer service has been outstanding!

I haven’t used the app for long, but I’m very impressed so far. My first experience with support was excellent. Adam was professional, friendly, and patient. He quickly identified my checkout issue, found a solution, and went above and beyond to improve the branding and overall customer experience. Excellent support and a very promising app!

Just started using the app, but got confused on a step and need support help. Alden was AMAZING! Helped fix my problem (even with roadblocks in doing so) and then went WAY above and beyond by checking my overall setup and make some other suggestions! Very, very impressed.

I haven't used the app yet but I'm already rating it because the support has been more helpful and knowledgeable than any other place, and didn't immediately connect me to an AI chatbot. Will update rating once I've used the app.

Appstle has great support.

This has been an amazing set up. We have been working with Appstle for 2 days trying to build our subscriptions. The level of care has been amazing from the team. We couldn't figure out a few CSS programming things and they kindly took care of it all. Highly reccommend!

It has been a breeze working with Appstle. When using Appstle, the response is quick to your problems and on top of that they go above and beyond. I needed help getting free shipping for an order for one of our customers and Max helped us out. He helped me with the problem and was fixed in underneath 10 minutes. ON top of that, he reviewed my website and found a look error and asked if I wanted that fixed. I Didn't even realize that was happening, and he fixed it for me. 10/10, would recommend.

I don't always give 5 stars. But the support from the team at Appstle has been exceptional. Kai and Shane went above and beyond ... and saved a very frustrated non IT person a very large headache in configuring the application to work with my needs. Big Kudos to the support ... now let's hope the app works as good as the support.
