Yet again the Appstle team is a 10/10!! I could not be more pleased with their customer service. I build websites for multiple clients and I always choose Appstle for the flexibility, customization, and most importantly - the 24/7 customer service. Thanks to the whole team! Especially Shane and Max.

I cannot speak more highly of the support engineers, especially Brooks, who was so helpful and made the onboarding process so incredibly easy. My subscription and the widget was set up, customized and live within 5 minutes based on all of my requests. The experience has been really seamless and I'm excited to explore more features and opportunities with Appstle

Alden and his peers have helped me on multiple occasions to work through some questions and integrating with new features and apps to make my store perfect. Love this app and I can see us using it as our business continues to scale. 5/5!

I'm new to working with subscriptions but I've found things to be pretty straightforward. Appstle also has its own chat platform so if you have any questions or need any help, you can ask them. They helped me make adjustments to my branding emails and subscription widget. Thank you!

The app is easy to set up, and provides good basic functionality in the free version to test. Once you reach a certain amount of sales it switches to paid. Additionally their support staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. If you have any issues they will find a solution quickly.

Aiden was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire setup process. I needed to configure a membership program (Sip Club) using Appstle Subscriptions with customer tagging for a third-party gift app (BOGOS), which was a pretty specific use case. Aiden took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, walked me through the Tag Settings step by step, and even offered to add repeat rules from his end. He was responsive, clear, and genuinely cared about getting it right. Highly recommend Appstle and especially Aiden for anyone setting up subscriptions on Shopify. Thank you Aiden! Anna, BMCorner

I was having a little problem setting up this app, and their customer service team went above and beyond my expectations. If nothing else, I would highly recommend this app just for the customer service alone!!!
