Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

So far Appstle has been a wonderful addition to my business helping extend my customer lifetime value and loyalty. Ash in chat support was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful when I needed help with a technical issue I was having with links. He went above and beyond and saw another opportunity to support my account and did that as well without me having to ask about it. I recommend this service to other small business owners! It's easy enough to start earning subscription customers right away.

Haven't had the app very long, but initial interaction with customer support (Harris) to handle a small issue that I was experiencing (oversight on my part) was handled promptly with an added bit of courtesy in assisting with editing the app to look better on our page.

Been tinkering with Appstle for my Shopify subscriptions, and I'm very happy with it. The support team, especially Natasha, Henry, and Harris, have been solid. They're available a good chunk of the day and have been really helpful, particularly with customizing my subscription plan widget. It's finally looking the way I want, thanks to their assistance. They're pretty on the ball and responsive when you need them 24/7, impressive!

This app has been great from the start. We wanted to start a subscription box but it seemed scary and complicated until we found this app. There are lots of settings but don't be scared by that, it just means you have more flexibility to make it work the way you want. Just take your time, use the documentation and, if necessary, do a live chat with the developers. I have had to do that twice and had my answer in minutes. This is the most powerful and cleanest app that I have found for Shopify!

So far so good! I'm fairly new to this app but after researching a few different subscription apps, Appstle had all the features I was looking for without being overly confusing. They have a free plan up to $500 in monthly subscriptions which is awesome because you don't have to pay until you can afford to ;) I recently reached out to customer service with a question and they got back to me ASAP to clear up my question!
