Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

Finding a subscription app that can provide 100% of all the features a subscription based reseller is looking for is like looking for a unicorn, but Appstle is pretty close to perfect. Only feature missing is prorated billing for orders filled mid-month so that I can put all my monthly subscriptions on the same billing day the following month. I have yet to find a subscription manager on Shopify to do that but I submitted the suggestion to them and they were willing to submit it to development for consideration. I came over to Appstle from another subscription manager and I have tried several. Appstle has so far been the most customizable and has the best customer service hands down, they are always available and able to answer questions quickly. I'll be staying with Appstle for a long time. Update to my previous review - Its been about 1 year using Appstle and they continue to impress me. I reached out to see if they could help me customize an informational pop-up for customers who are pausing their subscriptions. This is something I could not find in settings. Within a short period of time I was provided the instructions and screenshots to customize this field.

If you’re looking at Bold, Recharge, Subbly etc I would strongly urge you to consider Appstle. Far more flexible, no need to create separate products for gift subscription directions, smart loyalty options and discounts for customers as well as working with Shopify 2.0 stores. The pricing is much more accessible and the support team has been great with their responses, often sending videos so I can clearly see what I need to do. My initial concern was using an app I hadn’t heard of but if it means anything, it’s great.

"Critical Inventory Management Issue - Urgent Support Needed" We are extremely disappointed with the ongoing issue in this app. Orders are being displayed as processed from the wrong location A, while inventory is deducted from another location B. This error has caused significant inventory mismatches, and we are now forced to spend considerable time backtracking to identify and resolve the discrepancies. This problem has severely disrupted our business operations. Despite contacting support, we have not received a satisfactory or timely resolution. This is unacceptable for a service we rely on to manage our business. We urge you to address this issue immediately and provide a fix without further delay. Please treat this as a top priority.

So far so good. It took a while to get everything configured to work with my shop. However, the customer service was very quick to respond to each of my inquiries and worked with me until we were able to find a solution that worked. I have greater peace of mind knowing that if I need something in the future there will be service professionals at the ready to tackle any task.
