We have been using the app for several months now and it's super usefull. Configuration is easy, and in case of any issue (or miss config) support team is super reactive. I've just started out with this App and found everything very well laid out and easy to follow. I hit a technical snag, so hopped on the online chat support with Meghal who was extremely helpful and got me up and running within 5 minutes. I'm yet to take my first order with the subscription, so can't vouch for this side yet but so far everything is great!

The App works great. You can offer your most loyal customers a subscription plan which means more revenue for the shop and less marketing costs plus less stress for the customer. The support is fantastic- I'm currently translating everything to German and they've been an amazing help.
