I like the cost and interface is easy to use. But please know if you have subscribers in Squarespace then they will not transfer over and customer service will blame you for not doing it right. I do give the 4 stars because they are always read to help!

Very easy to use and has all the functionalities we need. The support team is 24/7, very fast and super helpful.

We just installed the app so I don't know much about the long term functionality, but the installation process was easy. I needed to change the font of the text and used the chat feature to ask for help. The person I chatted with not only helped me with the font, but they customized all of the parts of the add on to match my theme and color scheme. I was very impressed with the service!

I use the customer success a lot and ask them lots of questions. They are very quick, helpful and kind. They are great! Especially Muhammad, Mann and Kehanvi

We started our own hot sauce subscription service and used these guys as our subscription application. I honestly couldn't be happier. We just started with the basic plan, but there was a feature that we would have liked and rather than trying to upsell us to the next plan, they worked with us as an a la carte feature. I requested assistance and within minutes (on a Saturday) Prarthana assisted me to sort out the problem. She even color-coded the widget with our website colors. 5 Star service indeed.
