I love this app! I feel like Appstle has taken our website to the next level. It was very user friendly to install, is flexible and helpful for customers to use, and the customer service is so great. I have received replies within minutes of sending my questions to them. Appstle staff even adapted the app to a widget on my page upon request. Thanks Appstle!

Best app ever for subscription and build a box. 24 h support. I'm from Italy I can't speak English very well but they solve all my problem.

We've launched our new subscription offerings with Appstle, whose customer service team have been incredibly helpful with every question we've raised, even completing the back end development where possible from their side. Highly recommend for ease of setting up, the app is easy to follow and the options for customisation cover everything we need.

This app sounds amazing, now I've literally just installed it. Super easy to install and upon installing a pop up saying someone can show me what it would look like on my website. That sounded very excited so I opted in. This initiated a chat in their app. It took maybe 2-3 minutes for someone to chat with me and help me. They showed me what it would look like and i loved it! While they were doing that I was able to experiment and make my own subscription. It's very easy. I had some questions and the rep made a video explaining the how-to's. He was extremely helpful. I am surprised at the customer service and i am excited to use this product. The fact that customer service was so helpful makes me confident in my decision choosing this app. I will update this review when I have had at least a month of use with them. I literally just added it today but the rep was so helpful I decided to leave a review.

Brilliant group of team and app. Have helped our business bloom in a very short amount of time. Very quick to respond and know they development tasks very well.

After being with this app for years I'm beyond frustrated with them. They have a habit of deploying features without fully testing all use cases and when it crashes and causes the store owner huge problems they tell you to talk to shopify, it's all because of limits with shopify. They didn't use to be like this but now that they have multiple apps the customer service has gone down and the amount of time i'm needing to spend trouble shooting and fixing things has gone way up. I recently added a pre-paid gift plan for the holidays to our subscription box after checking with their customer service team that it would suit my needs and that I was setting it up correctly. Unfortunately this pre-paid subscription creates multiple shipments that are scheduled inside the single original order rather than individual orders for each shipment, but the 3PL can not see the scheduduled orders once they move from scheduled to unfulfilled so orders are not being fulfilled and I don't have a way to send it to the 3PL other than to manually create a new order. But it gets even better, the original order can't be altered in any way so I then have an unfulfilled shipment sitting in shopify which screws up the inventory, shows google that I don't ship on time and is generally a customer service nightmare. And after recording looms to show the team what was happening and spending my morning with them they have said I have to talk to shopify about this. All of this right before my black friday deals start when I have no time to spend days on support calls with shopify.

I had the pleasure to deal with the tech support of Appstle Subscriptions team! It took less than 5 minutes to fix an issue that I've encountered. What is remarkable is that I didn't have to touch my code at all.

Very good support! Instant replies and patience to help with any inquiries. I had some complex questions about irregular subscriptions, and they even helped me with fixing the design of the added buttons.

This is a very helpful app for setting up subscriptions. The set up is pretty easy and there's very responsive customer support.
