This has been a great app! I still have the free version but there is plenty of customizations that allow small businesses and free plans to thrive. I ran into some issues customizing, but after reaching out to support for help, they took care of the issues AND more for me! They offered me a complimentary design item :) Thank you Devin!

Ok, I can only speak from my personal experience, so here is my intake one this app, Before i downloaded this app, i went out seeking the best subscription app there is for my store and i realized this got to be the best app due to the 5.0 Stars and over 6K reviews. I looked into the Appstle app pertaining there features and it was exactly what i needed to excel. Their pricing plan is perfect, no transaction fees or extra charges like the rest of the subscription apps out there, This app fit my budget perfectly. The customer service goes beyond for you and even can help you set it all up as a complementary. Alden which is one of the reps there was so amazing to me. I am so thankful for the help. Alden help set the subscriptions perfectly well. I am happy. Thank you Alden

I was working on the setup and I I needed a bit of help to make everything work the way I wanted to. I spoke with Alan and not only was he able to help me move every issue I was helping but he did so right away and even upgraded me to really make my shop look the way I wanted it to. Can not recommend enough!! 5 stars :)!!

I was struggling to figure out an inventory issue all morning, Alan helped me solve the problem via the chat feature within minutes. We’ve had a really great experience with Appstle so far. The team is very responsive and supportive. They reply quickly and actually take the time to understand what you’re trying to achieve. What stood out to us is that they go beyond just answering questions. They take initiative to look into other areas, like how our flows work with Klaviyo, even when we didn’t specifically ask. That level of proactiveness is rare. Overall, the support feels very human and genuine, not just transactional. It’s been a really positive experience working with them.

Amazing! Very patient with me while setting up my product subscriptions. I was on chat with Alan, and he really went above and beyond for me. I honestly am not very "techy," and he walked me through how to do everything to make my site the exact vision I had for it. I am super pleased and would highly recommend Appstle simply because of how awesome their CS is. The app works well too! Top!
