If you’re looking at Bold, Recharge, Subbly etc I would strongly urge you to consider Appstle. Far more flexible, no need to create separate products for gift subscription directions, smart loyalty options and discounts for customers as well as working with Shopify 2.0 stores. The pricing is much more accessible and the support team has been great with their responses, often sending videos so I can clearly see what I need to do. My initial concern was using an app I hadn’t heard of but if it means anything, it’s great.

The app is great, but what we love the most is how responsive and helpful the team is when we run into any issue. Recommended!

So far so good. It took a while to get everything configured to work with my shop. However, the customer service was very quick to respond to each of my inquiries and worked with me until we were able to find a solution that worked. We use this app to run subscriptions to a magazine. The app doesn't seem to be designed to run this programme, but with a bit of help from the staff and developers, it's made the process seamless. The team we speak to helps us with our issues and is responsive and accommodating; they happily make changes we need and suggest better ways of doing things. Great stuff; very happy to have found this.

We had an issue with one subscription that was not triggering orders. Apparently when it was set up, the order limit was set at 12 and that number had been reached. It was not obvious to me, but was quickly ID'd and rectified by Kehanvi from your support team. Very polite, helpful and responsive. Glad you have someone like this on your team!
