Love the app and the support team is AMAZING! I needed a hand with the widget integration, and they responded within seconds and were very, very helpful!

The team was very helpful with the setup. They helped me with all the questions, and finally help me to make sure it was working doing the necessary changes themselves.

The options are huge, but the online support is probably some of the best I've ever seen. They are knowledgeable and able to quickly configure and change things for you. Surprisingly good support.

Excellent help with onboarding, even provided live chat support on a Sunday in the US - Kehanvi was extremely helpful and even helped customize the look and feel of the integration on the site within just a few minutes. I tried out several other subscription apps and this one has by far the most in terms of features/customization. Definitely recommended.

I just installed the App on my site. When I contacted Appstle for support, Prathana was extremely helpful! Every step of the way my questions on the setup and how the platform works were answered. Prathana even made suggestions to ensure the look and feel were seamless.

A very good app. We are currently using this app to accommodate subscription based ordering, I rarely had a problem with the app and the customer support is awesome!

Ahmed is THE BEST! He was so helpful and took the time to modify the look of my widgets! He even help me set up my shipping profiles! So kind, great app! Just wish you could edit the shipping profile locations once they were created.

first: awesome customer service - second: everything i needed is in this app. what really comes handy and is good for little companies is the free plan to build a subscription member base and if there is any you pay your share. Thanks for your effort.

We've tried working with other subscription apps, but none were meeting our requirements, they gave us a headache in getting them set up, and support had long turn-around-times. I'm so glad we found Appstle - the entire setup has been incredibly easy, and for the few things we wanted to double-check, their team was readily available and incredibly helpful. Love this subscription app. Easy to use, full control and visibility over your customer's subscriptions but most importantly, really helpful customer support. Chatbot with a real person who assisted immediately. They even helped make something better and I didn't ask for it. Can't rave about them enough.
