Great app, with awesome customer support. As a first time user the subscription was not working for some reasons and they fixed it in under 5 minutes. Also really affordable pricing plans, the app is free until you have $500/month in subscription revenue

The app itself is a bit confusing to navigate, though this might be due to my unfamiliarity with the app and the language of using a new platform. However, I had a great experience recently with the customer support chat. Very helpful, responsive, and in my opinion, deserving of the 5 stars. They were able to change and fix all my issues on their end while thoroughly explaining what was causing said issues—even showing screenshots pointing out where the problem was and what was changed to fix the issue. Would recommend!

I am just getting started with my website and the idea of integrating all the features of bigger stores is daunting. However I know that I will need to offer these features and conveniences if I am going to compete. Appstle has been a huge weight off my mind because I have no idea how to code and these guys made the process easy. Now the step between sending someone a bill and getting paid is eliminated because I offer physical products and services on my site. Even prompt people will sometimes ignore an invoice.
