The customer service is amazing! I've had a great experience with this app.

I've used other subscription apps in the past - this is BY far the best. It can do everything you've wished the others would do, and theyre incredible at assisting with the setup. I pair The Bundle & Subscription apps - I'll never go back to the others. Switched both of my stores over.

Super pleased with the ease of use for Appstle. The customer service is top notch as well. I was struggling with an update on the app. I jumped on a chat and was very happy with how quick I got a response and the individual I was working with happily completed the update for me since I was struggling. I had a few questions about this app and Brooks helped me alot and cleared alot of confusions for me. I recommend them for sure.

We moved over from another subscription platform that charged transaction fees and the switch to Appstle went way smoother than I expected. Their team handled the data transfer, everything imported correctly, and somehow there were fewer fires to put out than a normal Tuesday Big fan that it’s built directly for Shopify and managed inside Shopify admin instead of needing 47 tabs open just to figure out what’s going on. Tons of customization options, clean customer experience, and my favorite feature might honestly be knowing what my bill will be every month instead of playing subscription fee roulette. Very happy we made the switch, but one recommendation would be to build out an integration with Omnisend.
