Customer service is very helpful and the representative who assisted me went out of his way to help set up the subscription layout on my store. You have more control over how you run your subscriptions and I prefer this app over the others that were giving me a headache.

We've been using Appstle for several months after migrating from another popular platform. This subscription tool provides great value ($ for features). The UI is relatively easy to navigate and there are many helpful features. As with most complex app, we have periodic questions. The Appstle team is always available to answer questions and they are very helpful. In addition, the Appstle team is continuously introducing new features, which makes their product better over time.

So far this was pretty easy to install and the customer service helped me do it. I'll wait to get my first subscription and see how it works but for now 5 stars.

I like the cost and interface is easy to use. But please know if you have subscribers in Squarespace then they will not transfer over and customer service will blame you for not doing it right. I do give the 4 stars because they are always read to help!

Very easy to use and has all the functionalities we need. The support team is 24/7, very fast and super helpful.

We just installed the app so I don't know much about the long term functionality, but the installation process was easy. I needed to change the font of the text and used the chat feature to ask for help. The person I chatted with not only helped me with the font, but they customized all of the parts of the add on to match my theme and color scheme. I was very impressed with the service!

I use the customer success a lot and ask them lots of questions. They are very quick, helpful and kind. They are great! Especially Muhammad, Mann and Kehanvi
