The customer service makes the process much easier. Their techs are quick to answer and acquire solutions.

We migrated our subscriptions to Appstle from another subscription app for more functionality. We have not billed our first round of subscriptions yet, but so far so good, and the options for customizing are extensive. I cannot say enough good things about the support! The app is easy to use, and their customer service is great. Speedy responses with in-depth explanations and videos on how to fix things, which comes in handy for someone like me who's not great at tech!

Getting set up and everything seems pretty straightforward. I had a bit of trouble customizing my widget to match my theme, but Nayyab and Hasnain were so helpful. They were very patient and kind and set everything up for me just how I wanted it. Great team behind what seems to be a great app!

I am legit blown away by this app! The customizations are literally endless and it offers migration services if you have a subscription program elsewhere and want to move the products and your current customers to Shopify. I am not super tech savvy at all and the support team has been so amazing about walking me through every step of the way. Plus my customers will have so much more control over their subscription than they did on my Wix plan.

The app is user-friendly and when I ran into a minor issue and was ready to uninstall and cancel my free trial the customer service rep went into the code and customized the widget to my specifications.

I'm very happy with the app - I am just starting my subscription box service and was pushed to another app, but this one did everything I needed and was free. I have had to reach out to the chat twice now because I was not understanding everything, and both times I received responses very quickly and my questions were answered. Highly recommend!
