We started our own hot sauce subscription service and used these guys as our subscription application. I honestly couldn't be happier. We just started with the basic plan, but there was a feature that we would have liked and rather than trying to upsell us to the next plan, they worked with us as an a la carte feature. I installed the app on our website www.astitchahalf.net but somehow the widget did not display on the product page. I requested assistance and within minutes (on a Saturday) Prarthana assisted me to sort out the problem. She even color-coded the widget with our website colors. 5 Star service indeed.
