The app is great! It has a lot of features built-in, so it's easy to customize without a lot of technical knowledge. And when you do need help, the customer support team is phenomenal! We're very excited to get this up and running on our site and with the ease of the app, we'll likely get to do that sooner than we planned.

This company seems to be very helpful. We are trying to setup free shipping and a set discount for our paid subscribers. They are trying to help us make it work, if this does work then they are by far ahead of their competitors.

We are new to the app but the initial set-up has been extremely easy. I wasn't sure how to apply the app to our custom Theme. A message to their support and the connection was made and the subscription widget implemented within 15 minutes. Very friendly & knowledgable - thank you Mohammed - and the program seems very intuitive. Thank you!!

It was very easy to set up and customize. And when I had a question, Kehanvi responded immediately and it took less than 5 minutes to get a clear response... with visuals! Highly recommend.

This app is so simple to use! And the 24/7 support makes set up so quick and easy! Some other apps don't charge automatically for subscriptions but this one does which makes things so easy. I'm excited to watch sales rise with this subscription option.

Then Appstle is pretty much the app for you as it gives you pretty much all that control and more for managing your customers and their subscriptions. Want customers to only be charged $$$ on the first of the month? Done. Want customers to be able to pre pay for extra orders at a time for a discount? Done. Want Customers to have the ability to combine regular orders with their subscription? Done. It checked all the boxes I needed for my store (which was a lot of boxes) so there's a good chance it will check all of the boxes for your store.

Really great app, i'm having trouble getting it set up on my new site, but the support is very responsive!

Great support right up front. Immediately after I installed the App, since my theme was not in their list some quick customization was required for the buttons to match my theme. I was instructed to click Contact Support, and it was done within 5 minutes. If their ongoing support is this good I expect this to be a great experience going forward.

Hussain is the best! He really helped me figure out every issue and question of mine very quickly and attentively! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Very very good labeled form fields. When you hover over the question marks beside the input field etc. you will get a detailed description of what it is and what it does. I have never seen this before. Also great support, which helped me 100% for getting this thing run (i had a JS error blocking the snippets from Appstle) Thanks again!

Installed the app and in literally 5 minutes I was able to add subscriptions to my product pages. As soon as I integrated the app, I got a chat invitation for help and they took it from there. If this is any indication on the kind of support to expect, they've set the bar very high. I'm looking forward to working with the team to really grow our business. Just had an issue pop-up, but the support team jumped right on it and stayed with me until it was resolved. The response is immediately and the support quality it top-notch. Can't recommend more.
