So far, seems great! Had a bit of confusion setting up the app, but "Mann" from the support team was able to help me out. It was a problem on my end, since my products were 'out of stock' since we wanted to finalize all elements before releasing our products. Mann helped me integrate the app and troubleshoot my issues promptly and professionally. Very pleased so far!

The app is great but the team behind it are even better. Available to answer any question I have big or small and they even helped me with some custom CSS to ensure consistent branding. Amazing! I also like the fact that the app is a 1-monthly charge. Other apps are per transaction and although its better upfront as you don't need to pay anything the goal is to have a successful subscription service which would mean other apps would get very expensive, very quickly.

Best subscription app I have tested. They have so much that comes right out of the box with no coding needed. The best part is the support. Usually answering within minutes whenever I have an issue I can't figure out.

I've not even made it through my trial and already I know I love it. Customer service was quick, friendly, and efficient. My helper Muhammad helped walk me through getting the app functioning on a product and even with other support issues that were shopify issues when he didn't have to. Excellent customer service that went beyond the second mile for my set up process during the 14 day trial period.

The customer service is good. But the app itself could be more user friendly. It would be good if I could amend subscriptions orders myself without having to contact the live customer service chat.

Just getting started with the app, but so far it has been unbelievably easy to set up and support has been INCREDIBLE! Working with Zoha has been super helpful and she went above and beyond to get our subscription plan setup and styled according to our brand. Highly recommend this app.
