Amazing support - shout out to Kate! Easy onboarding process and realllly good support. Edit: Seems like after the onboarding, the quality of support becomes erratic. Sometimes it's good sometimes people make you wait 20 minutes only to resolve the wrong issue... Adam.

Works well - should have custom domain offered as standard because without it, your emails may not get through to your customers. That's not a luxury and should be a given - but other than that, all good.
good app, just have to deal with quotas if you want the free plan, otherwise pretty sure you have to upgrade to paid plans, good customer service the chat was answered in less then 5 minuetus
Just set up my first subscription. Easy to go through with clear instructions and helpful videos.
Merchant engineers are helpful. Sometimes takes a while for them to respond (about 15m wait) but they are always able to help you out
Great app for getting started with subscriptions. Options to customise and tailor are so useful and give great flexibility. Support team is also great for getting going and confirming the best setup ahead of launch.
Good customer service, however I found the app difficult to use but was helped by staff

It's working well. I moved from recharge as this is much more fairly priced for a small business. I do find the app settings a bit hard to navigate but the support is always available so that makes a big difference. Today I had a problem with my shipping set up and got a reply within a minute, with screenshots how to manage it. Resolved in no time!

The app is good but can be a little unintuitive in areas. The live chat team are fantastic however. Very responsive and helpful.
Brooks, one of the merchant success engineers, was very helpful in making the widget appear properly on our product pages. We have yet used it for actual sales, but are excited to do so. We will update when possible.
Customer help has always been easy and available. We enjoy the user-friendly app and our customers also enjoy it.

The interface can be a bit complicated sometimes, but the Appstle Support Team is always very responsive and helpful.

They have been a good company and even when I uninstalled the app by mistake their dedicated team and system were able to restore everything without issue...as though it hadn't happened. It could use some work on the end user side of things but I have liked it thus far.
