Had a bug with my product page widget. Contacted the support chat and was connected with Max within a minute or 2. He was absolutely amazing and solved all of my issues and then some! Truly amazing work and customer service! Highly recommend this app and the team!

Setup was quick and pretty easy. I just had one question and Alan was very quick to respond. This is exactly what we was looking for. Also to note I used to use Recharge for over the last 7 years and at first it worked for us just fine, but throughout the years all of the updates and pricing just wasn't worth it.

So far, our experience has been smooth and easy to set up. We’re still at the beginning, so our hands-on experience is limited, but everything looks promising. We’re planning to roll it out in another shop within the next few days as well.

If I could give higher stars I would give 100 out of 5!!!! Aiden is AWESOME!!! I wasn't sure if I was going to download the Appstle Subscriptions App. I had some questions so I used the chat to ask some questions. Aiden got online immediately. He not only answered all my questions but he went above and beyond; sending links where I could find additional info, step by step instructions, details about the plan and options, everything I needed and then some. Aiden then asked what I had in mind and what I was looking to accomplish. He didn't have to ask me anything else. He could have ended the conversation there and I would have been happy. He went above and beyond again. I told him what I was thinking about offering and hoping to accomplish and he gave me some options and different ways to approach it. Wow! Incredible service. I immediately installed the app and signed up. No brainer. This is the service before I sign up. He ended the chat stating to reach out any time and that they are here for me. Best experience ever! Aiden you are the role model of service and positive representation that any company would want. Thank you!
