He went absolutely above and beyond set up my subscription plans with multiple frequency options, configured the customer portal with all the required theme blocks, added the "Manage Subscription" button, AND removed the Appstle branding from my widget all as complimentary goodwill gestures. He clearly cares about helping merchants succeed, not just answering tickets. The widget looks professional and fully integrated with my store now.
