The app can be a bit confusing (at least for me), but the customer support is TOP NOTCH. Don't hesitate to reach out. I spent many hours trying to work through things and the customer support team fixed it for me in minutes. The extra support is so appreciated as a one-man show trying to run a small business. Thank you!
