Exceptional support from Aiden! He helped configure my subscription plan for 150+ variants and provided multiple styling previews to match my premium brand. The app is powerful and flexible - I customized the widget with backgrounds, borders, and custom colors for an elegant look. Highly recommend for building recurring revenue!

I’ve only just installed this app, but hats off to the team for their customer support. They went above and beyond, even customising the CSS to ensure the app matched our branding perfectly (Shout out to Aiden). Their response and turnaround time was instant on every occasion, which made the whole setup process incredibly smooth. So far, it’s been a great experience. 10/10. Looking forward to seeing how things go as we scale. Thanks again to the team

Our store uses Appstle Subscription to manage customers subscriptions, and we are really pleased with both the functionality of the app, its ease of use and, importantly, the quality of its customer support. We had a small issue with our setup and Brooks replied to us and managed to resolve it all in under 5 minutes. Needless to say we were very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

So far so good, just setting things up and their agent was very helpful in getting me started. It sounds like they make it easy to reach out to them which is not always the case with all apps.

The support I have been given with migrating from a different subscription app to Appstle has been absolutely amazing. They're always on hand to help, never seem to be offline, and no matter the time of day there is someone there to help! All the issues I had when migrating and questions I had were resolved and answered and they even tailored my plan to fit in with my business needs. Awesome service, and thank you so all the different support team members who assisted!

We’ve just installed the app and everything is already working perfectly. It’s very easy to use, and the customer support is outstanding — ultra fast and efficient. A big advantage is having a responsive hotline you can rely on. Ryan helped us and solved our small issues very quickly. We’re extremely happy with the app.

I want to say that I have had a very positive experience with Appstle. I am technical and could do most of the setup myself but I found myself stuck and getting frustrated. I asked for help via chat and I had an instant response and fix. No long waits or blame placed on something else. 15 mins later I had everything working the way I wanted on my site !! Thank you team !!
