My small business is just getting started. I needed access to some tools temporarily that only are available with a the business premium plan. Appstle was gracious enough to give me a 7 day trial to perform the needed functions. As the business grows we will 100% be using paid tier plans.

He didn't just answer my questions; he went completely above and beyond. He proactively fixed a CSS issue on my product page to make the widget look flawless, and even took the time to update my email notification templates with my shop's logo to ensure my brand looked professional.
