The tool has been helpful and consistent. Our shop recently went up from the free version to the first paid tier and we use it for the standard recurring payment feature. The team is responsive within the day. The free version has all the essential features and the locked features are convenient but not required for operation.

We have not launched our subscription plan yet, so I cannot comment on customer reactions or actual performance at this stage. However, the setup experience with Appstle Subscription and Bundle has been excellent so far. As a non-programmer whose first language is not English, I had many questions while building our subscription and Build-A-Box setup. The Appstle support team has been incredibly responsive, clear, patient, and kind throughout the process. I have used many apps, but I have never experienced this level of support before. Their support system is truly outstanding. Highly recommended.

The onboarding experience was the best I have ever experienced. Although it took some time to get everything how I wanted it, the engineer was incredibly helpful and responsive. It would have likely taken me much longer to try and do it myself. I had no idea anyone offered that level of personalized service on a FREE plan.

When we started looking at subscription apps, we were recommend Recharge but the charges are absolutely crazy with them. I opted for Appstle because the charges were more appropriate. It's been easy to set up the subscription plans, but I did find that the email summaries I was being sent weren't that useful, they always seemed to say 0 for all metrics even though I knew I had active subscriptions, but I can simply go into the app and check all the details that I want to. Regardless, I like the app and think it does a great job, and has facilitated subscriptions for us for years now. I plan to roll out subscriptions across all SKUs, and debated switching to Shopify's native app but having taken a look at it in my testing store, I'm not particularly impressed and will definitely be sticking with Appstle Especially after my recent experience with support. The main thing that you want from support is the right combination of speed and comprehensiveness of the response, and it has been 10/10 on both fronts
