The Max from the support team is wildly helpful, I had an issues that was resolved very quickly and explained in great detail. Good support can be hard to come by, and their team goes above and beyond.

Shane was really helpful, i had a issue in theme codes which not able to show the subscription widget, shane fixed the issue in minutes very happy with the customer service team

It's rare to find excellent customer service these days, but I had a great experience with Appstle. Basically, I got stuck during setup because a button on my product page was acting up, and Aiden from their support team, stepped in and went above and beyond. He actually took the time, a decent amount of time - to code a fix for me, and made sure everything worked properly, and looked professional. And if that wasn't enough, he gave me some helpful advice and even added an extra perk as courtesy. It’s refreshing to see customer service that genuinely puts customers first. I’m very pleased so far and really appreciate the care and effort. Definitely Recommend A+++

Customer support is world-class. The product does what you need at an incredible price. It's 5-star for what it is. There are A LOT of settings which does feel overwhelming and not as user friendly as newer SaaS/web platforms, but with no transaction fee it's hard to complain about this.

I love my experience with Appstle. The platform is smooth and the staff/engineering team are incredibly helpful and responsive. Anytime I have a question or issue, they get back to me quickly and with real solutions. It makes managing subscriptions so much easier and stress-free.
