Alan was a G and helped me out in minutes something that had taken hours for me. I feel like I'm supported and so far everything has been pretty great. Will recommend to others!

I really like this app. I tried another one and it was difficult for me to set up. This one was a lot more straight forward and it fits the needs of my business. the customer service is very good as well.

I need to set up a physical product and a virtual membership every month, their guidance allowed me to get started quickly, with both text and image guidance, as well as video and voice guidance, which is very efficient. I feel fantastic, and I'm looking forward to testing our package.

Pretty straightforward app. I am not terribly tech savvy, but familiar with Shopify. There are tutorials and helpful instructions available, lots of great ways to configure a subscription how you want it. I was able to get it setup pretty well myself, then messaged for help, and received a response very quickly. Alden was extremely helpful, answering all my questions, making some adjustments for me, and explaining things. I love a good app with helpful customer service engineers readily available!
