Appstle does deliver pretty decent and robust control of subscription accounts to customers. The support is great and any issue is handled pretty darn fast which I REALLY appreciate - so 5 stars on customer service. My only constructive criticism would be that the admin side of Appstle is not accessible on mobile screens. As the customer service person working remote I am not always at a desktop and having access via phone would be a plus. It's not a deal breaker by any means. Good job to Appstle team!

The support I get from this app is great, they will always provide the knowledge and resolve issues as best as possible. The app ticks all the boxes for me in terms of providing a subscription.

I really appreciate how user friendly this app is. Mostly though, I'm loving that the customer support is 24/7 and they go above and beyond to make sure my questions get answered. Highly recommend!

Customer service has been responsive and helpful when I have needed to reach out. Sometimes I am frustrated that I have to reach out to customer service. For example, we recently changed our theme for our website, and the theme did not automatically pull over all of the necessary elements from our customer portal (we were missing the "manage subscriptions" button). This was not a fix I could do on my own - nor was it something that I realized was a problem until a customer reached out, which doesn't help my company's image. Sometimes it feels like there are too many options and apps in Shopify, and it is difficult to anticipate how one change might impact other elements. I acknowledge that this is difficult to manage on the tech side - especially among multiple entities, and it is still frustrating as a business owner. Mostly, I think it is a helpful app. Aside from this recent frustration the only other wish that I have for the app is a way to export future orders (knowing that people can always pause or skip), but this function would be helpful in forecasting.

This app is great for offering a subscription, however I think there could a better explanation as to what "cutoff" days means.

We have been using this app for over 12 months, it is user friendly for both parties. If we've had any queries where we have needed help, we've jumped on the chat and received a real person in the live chat and been sorted very quickly. Great service, thanks

The app is brilliant and does exactly what I need it to do for my members. The team are also incredibly helpful! The logistics of the app can be tricky though - there are a lot of repetitive manual tasks that should be able to be done as one across all memberships, or uploaded via CSV etc. Hopefully the functionality behind the scenes will get better with time! But it definitely does a good job and my members love it :)

The app is working great and support is fast and very well organized. I can only give the app 4 stars because of the way subscriptions are managed by the customer. They need to create an account on Shopify to manage their subscriptions but its not clear for customers to do this unless I force all customers to create an account before checkout.

We haven't fully investigated the app yet but the customer service is very good. Even as a customer on the free plan they went above and beyond to help tweak the install and theme integration.

An sich ein gutes Tool um Abos anzubieten, jedoch würde ich mir wünschen, dass ich es mehr selbst konfigurieren kann. Zwar setzt es der Support um aber hätte doch gerne mehr Freiheit diesbezüglich. Die Sprachen werden auch nicht alle sauber übersetzt und es war viel manuelle Arbeit notwendig aber ich denke, dass wird bestimmt demnächst auch noch angepasst. Kann es trotzdem weiterempfehlen!

This app has many features. We were able to find a way to handle subscriptions with the help of their support staff. Really a great app and service.

So far so good but definitely has a lot of room for improvements especially in terms of seamless integration. Customer service is quick in responding.
