The onboarding experience was incredibly smooth and beginner-friendly. As a solopreneur without a development team, I was honestly expecting the setup process to be difficult, but the support team guided me through everything from start to finish in a very professional and friendly way. Their response time was fast, they answered all my questions clearly, and they genuinely made the entire process stress-free. The platform itself is easy to use, well-designed, and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. What stood out the most was how supportive and patient the team was throughout the process. It really feels like they care about helping merchants succeed, regardless of business size. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable solution with excellent customer support. Incredible support! Magnus and Jade helped me set up the subscription widget on my PageFly product page quickly and efficiently — all on the free plan. They even removed the Appstle branding and added my shop logo to email notifications as complimentary services. I'll definitely be upgrading as my store grows. Highly recommend!

Adam was so patient so helpful and went above and beyond in helping me to understand appstle subscription app by showing videos to me and he set a lot of it well all of it up for me i would recommend them, awesome i am very happy thank you again

So far we've had a great time with this company. We switched over from Shopify Subscriptions and wish we had just started with Appstle from the start. They made the transition process very easy though and were very thorough and cautious.

I've been using Appstle for about 2 weeks so far and it's a pretty comprehensive app. The support has been very prompt and responsive and they've kept offering small nuanced ways to improve branding and visuals. They also go ahead and make the updates themselves.

Just started using Appstle and so far so good. The support team responds quickly and has been very helpful in making sure I set everything up correctly. It has been a pretty seamless experience and has made subscriptions easy to manage.
