I'm using Appstle since some months, everything is working very well, that's perfect

Sebastian worked diligently on my subscription app until all my questions and issues were resolved. He even went out of his way to make suggestions that he thought would make the app work more smoothly for my business. The process was easy, efficient, and took a lot of pressure off of me to get it done myself.

I've only recently started using the free version, and have found it to be quite feature rich. Many of the paid features help with managing quantity, so once I have a bunch of subscribers I'll be more than happy to go up a tier anyway. I also had no trouble contacting support. They were very quick to respond and helped me solve my setup issue quickly. Great!

Excellent support from Appstle. Alan was extremely helpful throughout the whole setup process and took the time to troubleshoot a fairly specific Build-A-Box issue that was only happening on desktop. He stayed with it until everything was working properly on both desktop and mobile. He also went above and beyond by removing the Appstle branding from my subscription widget as a complimentary service, which made the final result look much cleaner and more consistent with my brand. Fast responses, clear explanations, and genuinely great support. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend Appstle based on this experience.

Incredible customer support, really happy with the app

So far, amazing! I am building our website and had a question, and my chat was instantly answered by an engineer on a Sunday morning at 9 am! I am at the free level, too. The custom changes the engineer made really made a difference. Excellent. GIVE SEBASTIAN A RAISE.

If I could give 15 stars I would! I normally do not write reviews but I had to after my experience. It is currently 1am where I am and I have been coding and customizing my own website all day. I was having trouble finalizing the customer portal and a knight in shining armor, Aiden, fixed everything for me in what felt like 2 minutes. I started with the free version, and this experience already puts me at ease about purchasing a plan. I'm so happy and would recommend this app to anyone.

By far the best support I've received of any app. I asked a few simple questions and within minutes (even on a Sunday) a REAL person answered my questions in depth and even went above and beyond fixing other things or making helpful suggestions and changes. What excellent value!
