Customer support is world-class. The product does what you need at an incredible price. It's 5-star for what it is. There are A LOT of settings which does feel overwhelming and not as user friendly as newer SaaS/web platforms, but with no transaction fee it's hard to complain about this.

This app is fabulous and customer service is fabulous!!!! Max was great! answered all my questions and even provided screenshots of what I needed to do. 10 out of 10! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

I love my experience with Appstle. The platform is smooth and the staff/engineering team are incredibly helpful and responsive. Anytime I have a question or issue, they get back to me quickly and with real solutions. It makes managing subscriptions so much easier and stress-free.

So far this app has the best customer support out of all the apps I have installed on my store. Quick, knowledgeable and very patient. Great app. Seams to be working better than my previous app, very happy!

Very happy with Appstle! I was having difficulty setting up the subscription, but the support desk was quick and very helpful! I'm very happy with the ability to give my customer options from our store! Highly recommend!

The tech support and customer service is always great with Appstle. They will guide you how to fix any issues or they will offer to do the fix themselves if you are more hands off store owner. Their representative Brooks is great and very knowledgeable!
