Just switched over to Appstle from another subscription service and the customer support and onboarding has been great and very fast. They handle the entire migration in a timely manor and even help with customization!

We’ve just downloaded Appstle and the experience so far has been excellent. The app itself is powerful and well designed for managing subscriptions on Shopify, but what’s really stood out immediately is the support. Aiden’s exceptional knowledge, patience, and persistence in troubleshooting have been invaluable for a small business like ours with limited resources and technical know-how. He took the time to understand our setup, explained things clearly, and stayed with the issue until everything was resolved. That level of hands-on support makes a huge difference when you don’t have an in-house technical team. Very impressed so far and highly recommend Appstle - especially for small businesses looking for a reliable subscription solution backed by outstanding support.

Had a setup problem and assumed it was going to take days to fix - I have a Live Chat reply and fix within 60 seconds. When you're trying to get a new store live, and subscription is your key element, this is a huge win. 10/10 recommend Appstle for both functionality and customer support.

Switched from recharge to appstle off a recommendation when I was running into bugs with recharge. Appstle been nothing short of great on our end. Friendlier pricing, great customization, and most importantly customer service is unlike any app I've ever used. They answer immediately every time, and I've always had my issues sorted. Highly highly recommend

We've only had the app for about a month but have had a good experience so far. There are lots of great, customizable features and the team is extremely responsive and accommodating. If you're ever unsure about something or how to use a feature, they're there to help - at no additional cost. It's also a great price compared to other apps
