fantastic - i didnt even know this was a service you provided. if i could suggest anything it would be to let your customers know. I only found out about it because i was on fiverr trying to get a fix for this issue and one very good creator told me to contact customer service! this is how i found out about you. so that would be my suggestion - make a pop up or something so that we know about you :) but the help was immediate - exactly what i needed and very supportive. so well done. EXCELLENT AND SO COMFORTING TO KNOW YOU EXIST :)

My experience with Appstle has been genuinely excellent. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, even if you’re not particularly tech-savvy. Everything feels carefully designed, which made getting started smooth and stress-free. What really stands out, though, is the support team. They’re incredibly responsive and go above and beyond to help. Whenever I got stuck, they guided me step by step with clear explanations, helpful screenshots, and practical advice. At times when I felt completely stuck, they stepped in right when I needed it most and made sure I was back on track quickly. I also really appreciate that they offer a free plan, which has been perfect for my smaller business.
