Very responsive team that helped me step by step with the migration of my existing subscribers, took care of setting up the app and the widget, and provided very fast and effective answers to all my questions. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

The app is awesome and Sebastian was super helpful, patient and fixed an issue I had been staring at for hours. Not the app, is was our internal developer. Sebastian knew what to fix and everything now works perfectly! THANK YOU SEBASTIAN! You gave the business another consistent revenue source and my sanity back.

Their customer service via instant message is fantastic!!! ... if you are concerned about faceless organizations, Appstle is the answer, they respond within minutes and have simply taken care of settings, etc ... that we couldn't find in the menu system.

Responsive support, reasonably priced compared to competitors, lots of setting depth, inc retention flows and very customisable customer portal. All worth 5 stars. Critique: Confusing split settings across Shop settings, customer portal and other settings. And despite reasonable cost noted above, if wanting automation APIs for flows and webhooks that can add $100-300 to the plans ads add-ons.

A New Year means new products and offerings! Just this morning I decided I needed an app to help create a monthly subscription plan. Shopify support recommended Appstle and I am so glad they did. By far the best part of the app is the support that comes with it. I have spent the majority of the day chatting with them to get everything set up. I've easily chatted with 4+ people and each person has been amazing! So happy I found them & I look forward to creating even more subscriptions as time passes!

The product is great and easy to use. However, the real differentiator is the customer support. Their team of dedicated Merchant Success Engineers are timely, professional and helpful! I had the pleasure of working directly with Aiden and he was fantastic in helping me quickly resolve my issues. 5/5 stars!

l'app est tout en anglais donc un peu de temps de traduction et la prise en main demande un peu de temps, mais l'équipe support est très disponible. app très complète, il manque juste un système de cartes cadeaux pour moi sans que le bénéficiaire n'ait besoin de rentrer sa CB pour que l'abo soit créé.
