I can't say enough good things about the support team! They were incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Not only did they answer all of my questions quickly, but they also suggested features and solutions I hadn't even thought about, which made the entire process so much easier. We've just started implementing Appstle Subscription for our Shopify store, and so far the experience has been excellent. The app provides the subscription features we need, and the setup process is quite flexible. What impressed us most was the support team. They responded quickly, helped us troubleshoot a frontend display issue, removed the Appstle branding as a courtesy, and even noticed that our email notifications were missing our store logo and proactively helped us fix it. Every question was answered professionally and efficiently. As a team that is still learning and configuring the app, having such responsive support gives us a lot of confidence. Thank you to the Appstle team for the great experience. We look forward to continuing to use the app and exploring more of its features.
