An sich ein gutes Tool um Abos anzubieten, jedoch würde ich mir wünschen, dass ich es mehr selbst konfigurieren kann. Zwar setzt es der Support um aber hätte doch gerne mehr Freiheit diesbezüglich. Die Sprachen werden auch nicht alle sauber übersetzt und es war viel manuelle Arbeit notwendig aber ich denke, dass wird bestimmt demnächst auch noch angepasst. Kann es trotzdem weiterempfehlen!

This app has many features. We were able to find a way to handle subscriptions with the help of their support staff. Really a great app and service.
So far so good but definitely has a lot of room for improvements especially in terms of seamless integration. Customer service is quick in responding.
Ash was excellent as chat support - one of the few times that a chat experience was as good as a telephone call. The app itself could do with more design options on the product page, like allowing us to upload an image file.
So far so good. Customer service has been very good. Only two of the display options work in my theme but overall the one I’m using is clean and modern and looks and functions appropriately.

I have found the app works really well. I have had some confusion at times but I've always been able to get an answer quickly from the chat. Every time I've reached out, I've never had to wait a long time, and the merchant engineers have been patient and helpful to get me the answer I needed.
Appstle its a great and versatile subscription app for your store giving you plenty of customization options. However, after quick setup, there were few issues (mainly how the module is integrated and displayed in the store) which made life harder. I had to contact the support, which is amazing and they helped me quickly with everything I needed. It works like a charm now. The only thing preventing 5 stars is that from time to time something stops working without you noticing it as they push a new version and dont check backwards compatibility. But overall the best versatile and flexible tool to manage subscription I came across
Working with Appstle as I'm evaluating several platforms. None are perfect, but I find Appstle Intuitive and it gets the job done. Their support is incredible and quick to respond! I highly recommend people consider their platform.

Good app. Fairly easy to use and customize. Priced competitively. Had an issue and reached out to customer support and they fixed in minutes.

Overall very good, never as simple as you'd like it to be to implement, but their support is responsive and helpful.
We have been using the app for several months now and it's super usefull. Configuration is easy, and in case of any issue (or miss config) support team is super reactive. Nous utilisons l'app depuis plusieurs mois et elle est super utile. La configuration est facile, et en cas de problème l'équipe de support est super réactive.
Still learning the app but the setup is easy and the support fast and helpful. Local delivery support if a plus.
The only reason I'm not giving this app 5 stars is because of how "hard" it is for me to use. I'm fairly adept at most things when it comes to general site design, automations and integrations, but someone who knows more than me can easily traverse this application. EVER IF you're not adept at using apps like this, still use it! The customer service is INSANELY responsive and great at showing you where and how to fix things.
Customer service chat is very responsive and helpful. They were able to help me with several questions including coloration changes and settings updates.
Appstle reps are quick to help online. Discouraged that I can't get a demo call for 2-3 weeks. Many of the Help videos are over a year old and not accurate anymore due to system updates. Appstle is suppose to be the best service but I'm running in to many areas that I will have to "improvise" to make it work for my needs
